One month before completing the program, Workforce Managers begin work closely with each client, providing one-on-one job preparation skills and managing the entire interview process and salary negotiations.

Select staff make up a research and strategic growth work group that analyze industry trends and growth sectors to make sure the trainings reflect these areas and adequately prepare our young people for them.
